Exchange and Return
Products cannot be exchanged, but can be returned. Then create a new order for the desired product.
If one or more products do not meet your expectations, you can return the products. Your order can be returned, partially or completely.
When purchasing a product, you may cancel the purchase up to 14 days after receipt of the product, without stating reasons. Within this period you can view and assess the product, this falls under the right of dissolution and is determined by law. After the 14-day cancellation period, you have 14 days to return the product to Yucicoco's address.
You can only dissolve the purchase agreement by means of an unambiguous statement, which you must send to Yucicoco customer service.
If you return part of your order, only the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded. If you return the entire order, we will refund the total purchase price, including shipping costs.
Returning is at your own expense and risk, use the Track & Trace service and send it as a package. Without proof of package shipment, with a Track & Trace code, lost shipments will not be refunded.
Damaged and/or worn products will be refused and returned, the return costs are for the account of the customer.
If there is a production error and/or defect, please report this as soon as possible, within 14 days of receipt. We will do everything we can to handle this neatly, of course the return costs will be borne by Yucicoco and we will send you a return label. When this period has expired, it is no longer possible to return your product(s).
Yucicoco will only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including attached labels and packaging. The clothing must not have been worn/used/damaged, not washed, have no body odors, no make-up, food, deodorant and/or other stains.
If we have received your return in good condition, it will be processed and the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days to the bank account/credit card used when placing the order.
For a quick handling of the return, please also include the packing slip, stating which product(s) will be returned. You may also state the reason for the return. This information gives us insight into how we can adapt the products or services to the wishes of our customers.
If you return an order in full, the full purchase amount will be refunded, including any shipping costs paid. If you return part of your order, only the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded. However, the return costs are at the expense of the customer.
